    Woodmeade South Apartments Resident

    Apartment heating system did not work well. First winter it did not work at all and maintenance said there was Read More nothing wrong. In the spring they came out and noticed the frayed wires that were preventing it from working. There were always huge bugs in the apartment. The ceiling of one of the bedrooms sprung a total of 5 leaks during the two years I lived there. The last time, the maintenance crew came and ripped large chunks of the dry wall out and never returned to replace them. There was mold.

    I chose the location/Woodmeade based on viewing the 'model' apartment. I found the apartment I chose (from 25 Read More0 miles away) was very old, outdated and run down. The plumbing hardware/faucets are very old and unsightly. The vinyl floors are worn and stained. The cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms are awful and old. The walls have obviously been 'white washed' by a 'non-painter'. There are drips and spills everywhere. It is unfortunate.
