I have lived here for nearly 7 years. Buildings are old, and two years ago, it seemed like Greenbrook was com Read Moreing apart at the seams. But since the new ownership took over and we became Arium, maintenance seems to be more responsive to any major problems. Roofs were reshingled Water leaks from underground pipes are getting dealt with. Driveway potholes filled. Ground fault outlets were added in bathrooms and kitchens.

Billing process is terrible and deceptive. Some of the fees being charged are questionable.

We're sorry that you've gotten this impression. Our community is as transparent as possible in our billing; all residents must sign a document detailing all charges and fees before moving in. We strongly encourage you to contact our Community Manager directly with any questions and they will be more than happy to further clarify the lease charges with you.
Maintenance staff has poor response time

We strive to keep our community in the best condition possible by responding to maintenance requests as promptly as we are able. However, response time may vary depending on the amount of requests received and the nature of the issue, but residents can always feel free to call the office to check on the status of a particular request.
I have have called the office every week and has yet to get a callback. I have even tried to email them throug Read Moreh the portal and never got a response. No one responds or helps you when you need it. Your questions go unanwered. It takes maintenance for ever to respond to request.

We're sincerely sorry to read that you've had difficulties reaching our onsite team with regards to maintenance requests. We strive to fulfill all work orders as soon as we can, no matter the volume of requests, but we acknowledge that sometimes it can take a little longer than we'd like.
