Certified Resident

Property manager failed to provide documentation when requesting payment. Roaches. I don't mind paying rent th Read Moreat is due but being requested to pay late fees without a statement of account on company letterhead is not sound business.

Management is nice, location is O.K; property is not satisfactorily renovated/update or maintained after each Read Moremove out, so I feel as if the rent is too high. An example of what I mean :

Paint caked onto cabinets and doors so think as to prevent them closing properly. I actually removed all the hardware for cabinet and room doors and cleaned them myself, removing up to half an inch of paint from cabinet hardware.

Neighbors are incredibly loud and there is little management does to help.
