We offer 3 month, 6 month and 12 month leases. Pets are welcome with a weight limit of 25 lbs. or less. Only one cat or one dog per apartment. Our non-refundable pet fee is $300 and our pet rent is $10 per month. We allow only small breeds--no aggressive or large breeds. CORPORATE UNITS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.
