You will absolutely feel like you are living in a brand new home. All of our remodels get fresh paint, new or rejuvenated flooring, new sink/vanity/mirror/tub/toilet/shower in the bathroom, washer/dryer connections, new sink/countertops/cabinets in the kitchen, and many other updates. Almost all of our houses come with a security system and central heat and air. The application process is simple. First of all, the application is free. To qualify you need to complete the application, provide proof of income totaling 3x the rent as well as a copy of your ID and Social Security Card. Finally provide either a rental reference letter or the contact information for us to obtain such. When we have all of these items, we can often have a decision in a day concerning the approval status. Thank you for your interest.
