Few different incidents where management did not have paperwork I previously provided. I was told I couldn't Read Moretell you how many hands have touched your file and things might have been lost I was very angry at that point there is a lot of personal info in my files. I had to get rid of my dog-I boarded him at my work until I could move. Management told me she lives in the complex and saw my dog and had pictures. I showed documents from boarding that he was there still threatened with eviction.

We understand that rates increase with time and inflation, but the annual increase in rent seems high when we Read Morearen't being supplied with the same furnishings as new residents paying the same price. Water is a common issue, but it is often fixed in a timely matter. However, we do love the back of the complex where it is quiet, save for some traffic from the neighborhood behind us, and we love our neighbors. The office staff has always been friendly and helpful as well.

I was promised hard wood floors and stainless appliances, didn't get. complained on neighbor about 25 times Read Moreand every time mgmt. was shocked that there was a problem even though police had been called out. paid a deposit and was not applied to my damages .. I was charged 20$ to remove a mini ironing board that I missed in the move out... I filled all the nail holes and sanded them now even hired a professional cleaning service to come in and was still charged 125.00

The staff was constantly rude. Anytime I had a problem they were very unprofessional and late of responding. W Read Morehen I moved out they charged me almost $2000 because of pet odor . The place goes off of being pet friendly (with an up front cost of $500 for having one, not to mention a pet tax every month.) Our apartment was very clean when we left, but it wasn't enough for them. They charged us for EVERYTHING they could & threaten us about paying. Literally-I secretly video recorded the whole thing

Office staff changes so much no one knows what is going on. If you have a complaint you never get phone calls Read Moreback from the corporate office you have to chase people down to get help. They are over charging for the apartment
