When I moved in I thought this apartment was going to be great but I was in for a very rude awakening. I would Read More never recommend this place to anyone. It was very dirty...I could feel were the subflooring was rotting and avoided even stepping in those areas...roaches, inside and out (and some of these roaches are the size of half-dollars!)...mailboxes are NEVER secure. This place is not worth the money, it's not even worth half of what they charge.

I lived there when a fire burned down the building in back of mine. I was 9 months pregnant and i watched it b Read Moreurn to the ground terrified my apt would be next. The leasing office never told residents the reason from the fire, though i suspect it was just because the property is old. I had recently lost my job as well so I asked if i could get out of my lease because i couldn't afford the rent. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
