There are nails under carpet which popped out everywhere inside the house, my son and me got hurt with these i Read Moreron nails several times, its dirty old apartments and very expensive which is not worth of money

I absolutely love it here. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the maintenance staff are awesome as we Read Morell. The landscaping is beautiful and I really enjoy my private balcony with the wooded view. Last I am very glad that I chose this place to call home.

I honestly like living here. There is one girl in the office who is very helpful and compassionate. She is a Read More leasing consultant and she stayed late waiting on me to pick up an important package the other day. Things like that when I am in a bind will make me a loyal customer. She went above and beyond and I don't think anyone else in the office would have done that. I was very disappointed to learn about hidden fees that were not discussed up front. A rediculous billing fee between 3.50 and 4.00 who needs an invoice for rent, that is an understood payment that is due on the first of the month everywhere and 1.50 fee per month for pest control only apartment I have ever heard of that it wasn't included in the rent . I thought that signing up for online invoices would take away that billing fee, but was told it would not. It's not a lot of money, but it is deceitful to find out after the fact. It is a quite community and have been very surprised at how much we like it here.
