Brentwood Station was the best apartment complex that I lived in. The management was very courteous and so was Read More my neighbors. I was truly blessed to get the apartment I did as well. For a larger complex, it is well maintained and upkept. The market pricing of the limited apartments in the ?rea forced me to Leave

Pros: Apartment staff has always been extremely nice and helpful. Rent prices keep rising but are fair. Exteri Read Moreor property kept clean and reasonably attractive. No serious issues with any appliance, heating, cooling, etc... Other residents are generally nice.
Cons: Single biggest issue has been the noise from nearby residents. Ceiling doesn't keep out any sound. Tons of bugs during the summer. Water gets shut off for hours at a time with little to no warning. Nearby tenant's car was vandalized.

The staff was nice but when there were issues, they didn't seem to communicate with each other. The apartment Read Morewas an odd shape and had minor issues due to it being an older property. When I moved in there were multiple stains on the carpet that were never taken care of.

There was always something leaking. For the first 6 months I was a resident, there seemed to be constant 'turn Read More over' in maintenance so it took weeks to have something fixed. For example, I was unable to use my dishwasher for 6 weeks and then my stove for another 4 weeks.
