The location be out of the way with not even an laundromat nearby and the apartment complex laundry room be over priced, they change the entry codes and do not notify the residents, and whence ye finally are able to get in to the laundry room, most of the time the machines be offline and unusable.

Maitnence has a awful way of not coming to fix anything when you ask. They replaced my leaking sink with a new Read More faucet and the handle broke off the same day called and emailed and they never came to fix it. To much money for a junk apartment

I like where I live, the only issues I have are cost and cleanliness of the parking lot and yard. There is alw Read Moreays trash in the parking lot and in the grass. Tried to take my kid to the playground and there was broken glass around the area. The cost of living keeps going up. The kitchen looks like it's the same thing they've had for 20+ years. I would happily pay more if they'd update the apartment.

I love my apt. It was reconditioned before I move I have new appliances, cabinets as well as new flooring. It Read Moreis large and spacious but not over priced. I feel safe here and I am not scared.
