Gazebo is located in a great part of town. It's not quite walking-distance from anything exciting, but that me Read Moreans it's quiet and safe. I love that when I'm in Gazebo, I almost forget that I'm in a big city! It's super close to the interstate, which means commutes are never long. Even though the complex stays full, the Gazebo team continually improve the units and the common areas. They really listen to the residents' comments. It's a great place to live and has an awesome staff.

Because the cabinets could be better instead of like the shelf caving in and looks like its gonna break and th Read Moree trim of wood at the top is popping off too, i pay too much rent for that to be happening! And the door is chipping with the awful paint job they did on it.

Pros: Nice territory Maintenance team is reacting fast to fix any issues Windows were substituted in entire Read More property Cons: Problems to find parking lot if you come home late Kitchen cabinets are old Windows are rather small and do not let enough day light. No lights on ceilings.
