For the rent we paid , the residential complex was a fair deal. Our first thoughts when moving in were , that Read Morethe place didn't look very safe . But we lived there for 3 months are we were fine. The pool was maintained well. We had some service requests during our stay that were handled all right too. Our apartment was right infront of the laundromat so we always had a lingering detergent smell in our apartment , but I will attribute that to the location of the apartment itself.

Not a safe or clean place to live! Especially if you are a single, Caucasian female. If you like stray cats, d Read Morerug deals at every corner, an unreliable and unresponsive maintenance staff, inconsiderate neighbors, and the smell of swamp, this is the place for you.
