A lot of noise from surrounding neighbors, but that's just something you have to deal with at times in an apar Read Moretment. The staff is great and the maintenance team is really fast to fix anything. I've never had a problem with this apartment complex and I would recommend it.

For the most part it's a quiet and friendly property and I feel safe, but luxury was an overstatement. I gue Read Moress my apartment was what you'd expect from basic maintenance of an older apartment community. The carpet is thin and there seems to be no real padding underneath. I can hear EVERYTHING my upstairs neighbors do, from going to the restroom to walking across the floor. I lived here when they were still Mission Brentwood and LOVED my apartment, and was excited about getting an apartment with all the upgrades.. so I am severely disappointed to see the upgrades were all given to the office except a cheap resurfacing of counter tops and new cabinet doors, but the cheap knobs are constantly falling off. No new faucets and they all are mix-matched.
