It is a wonderful complex, the apartment is exactly what we expected. I really enjoy the staff here, I have o Read Morenly one issue, and that is a noise problem that hasn't been resolved for over 2 months. It is very clean, maintenance staff is very responsive and professional. My roommate and I decided on this property from 500 miles away, on the internet, and we have been happy with our decision since we first drove into the parking lot. The location is perfect too.

Maintenance was horrible, because of break ins in the area my Sons and most black families were harassed by t Read Morehe leasing Mgr. A family was evicted because she accused their son of the auto break ins without any proof. I had to hire an arty to keep my son from going to prison and US getting evicted for the same reason. Apts are old, no pool access for kids though tenants pay for it.

Fireplace never worked even though we requested service several times. Our apartment was flooded by another ap Read Moreartment leak that was not taken care of correctly even though it was reported twice. The pool was locked down for a month during summer because some kids defiled it. Instead of cleaning it and opening it back up they put a lock on it that you had to have a passkey for but they were slow getting the keys out. This was all in 8 months. We bought a hous

These Older Units Need To Be Up Dated. The Cabinets In The Kitchen And Baths Are 42 Years Old And Is Comming Read MoreApart. Walls In The Bathroom And Master Bedroom Are In Really Bad Shape And Need To Be Repaired. I Love Where I Am But, It Needs Some Repairs..I Have Had My Front Bedroom Leak On 3 Times From Different Thins From Above Unit.
