I chose to say poor because the apartment complex was not up to par my rent was well over $1,200 for A 2 bedro Read Moreom I had mold in my bathroom on the ceiling and around the toilet. When I moved in you could clearly tell that it wasn't clean properly spiderwebs have been painted over and spray painted over the patio door was painted shut I had to call maintenance to come fix the doors because they would not unlock or shut properly the border around the walls at the bottom of the floor or missing.

Point Breeze is a fairly safe and well-maintained community. We have lived here for several years with litter Read Moreincident, aside from a bicycle being stolen and the very rare neighborhood incident. Management is understanding and kind, maintenance is very good and friendly, and office staff are personable and informed. I have enjoyed living here overall.

I loved Point Breeze for my first 1.5 years here. But they've been really sketchy since we got a new manager. Read MoreThere's been random charges on our rent that we didn't agree to, we never had issues like this with the old manager. (Also, the kitchens are TERRIBLE. They're so tiny we literally can't open our fridge all the way) It's not the worst...but there are nicer places for the same price. Maintenance is amazing though. They usually fix any issues within 1- 2 days.

Beacuse most of these apartments are very outdated and falling apart and there is no washer and dryer hook up Read Morein the 3 bedrooms apartments or 2 bedrooms ( only where there were fires) there is NO park even though it says there is.

All the structures need serious upgrades. Stairs falling apart on building D, mezzanine wood balcony rotting. Read MoreOnly doing upgrades to new resident apartments. Increasing rent to the maximum legal limit and only upgrade was a new faucet. Pet friendly = constant barking dogs, aggressive dogs. Residents are not held accountable for their pets behavior in any way. Most people do not take their dog to the off leash area and just let their dog run around outside their apartment unsupervised.
