Cat Policy: Maximum 2 Cats per apartment, $20.00 pet rent, $300.00 non-refundable pet fee, Pet Restrictions: $20/mo. for pets 50lbs; 51lbs+ are $40/mo. Pet rent and one-time non-refundable pet fee are per pet. Dog Policy: Maximum 2 Dogs per apartment, $20.00 pet rent, $300.00 non-refundable pet fee, Pet Restrictions: Maximum of 2 pets per home. Our pet friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
