Our lease terms are: 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months. (Please note that lease terms may vary, are subject to change without notice, and are based on availability. Inquire with property staff for complete details). Cat Policy: Pet Restrictions: Animals must be no less than six (6) months of age. Aggressive breeds will not be allowed. These include, but not limited to, Doberman Pincher, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Pit Bull, Huskies, Malmutes, Dobermans, Chow Chows, Akitas, Terriers (Staffordshire), and American Bull Dogs. Any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breed. Aquariums will be allowed with a 20-gallon maximum on the first floor only with proof of insurance for the entire term of the lease.
