I was only there during the summer months of 2010. Everything was fine. Nothing too bad (except for the exte Read Morerior of the building looking horrible), nothing great/excellent. The office staff do their job fine, but do not go out of the way to help you. For the age of the buildings, the inside is as you'd expect (and not renovated). For a short stay it was fine, but I don't think I'd recommend for any long-term living..... the place really needs some TLC.

The apartments were disgusting. They were roach-infested, had mold growing in the windows that wouldn't close, Read More paint that was peeling on the walls inside and outside of the apartment, the sink ran, everything was painted over so you couldn't plug anything in or open any cabinets or doors for the first few weeks... It was the worst place I have EVER lived. There was mold in the carpet, as well as stains everywhere, and the apartment tried charing US for it, though it was there before we moved in!
