I'm aware a large part of the monthly rental price is because of the location, but my townhome is very small. Read MorePoor design with a lot of space wasted. Kitchen, dinning room and kitchen are all one room. I could unload the dishwasher from my recliner. I expected more for the price. It is for the most part quiet though and have never had problems with any neighbors.
