The previous management was always friendly, upbeat and did small things for the complex that were fun and app Read Morereciated. The new management, not so much. Also, I have a mold problem in the bedroom which has not been resolved. Management says some contractors should be coming to fix it. This has been going on for a couple of months now and every time I inquire about it they tell me the contractors didn't show up for one reason or another and they will call them again. Still nothing.......

Pros: office staff and maintenance crew very nice & friendly, good size apartment with basic amenities, no bug Read Mores inside, good neighbors, feels pretty safe but always lock up Cons: old appliances (specifically the furnace runs way high as compared to the AC, not all burners on the stove consistently work), wasp infestation took months to be addressed instead of days, squirrels in attic still not addressed, hard to get routine maintenance, broken things never really fixed (drawers/shower/etc)

There was a lot of miscommunication between the maintenance department and ourselves. There was also miscommun Read Moreication about renter's insurance and what amount of money was required for that.

I like the location. They are older apartments and with the new management it was very hard to get repairs don Read Moree. Rent was increased but the cable was dropped. When I moved in there was confusin about water and trash bill. That is not part of your rent. Also confusion on deposits and fees. I had to pay a deposit to move in for cleaning ect. Now that I have moved out I'm being told that was just a fee. I was billed a cleaning fee. I was also promised other discounts that never come through.
