It's not the most helpful apartment complex I've ever lived in. Yes, they fix things like the toilet being ove Read Morerflowed, etc. But they don't replace lightbulbs for you (really, they're not my lightbulbs why would I replace something in an apartment? CHEAP), they don't replace/change the smoke alarm battery for you. It is just the little things that should be done for residents that are not. I will not ever live in a B&H Management residence again.

I liked the space and area of location, amenities were good. The staff was really friendly, but did not commu Read Morenicate well to the other staff. I had several things stop working, and one person would fix it, then another person would respond to the same call.

Overall average, but they never can fix ac/heating issues making very hot or cold weather uncomfortable. The d Read Moreog park has lots of un-picked up dog feces so is not pleasant to take pet. When renewing lease rates go up every year so plan for that.

The property was always kept clean and common areas kept in good repair. Maintenance issues were addressed pr Read Moreomptly. The office staff was always helpful and courteous. I never had any safety concerns living here. It was a very nice, quiet, clean, safe place to live.
