They advertised as luxury and updated. Updated appliances maybe 1991. They staff (not all) seemed very uncon Read Morecerned about issues brought to attention. The laundry room was a joke. The maintenance room is connected to it and the staff uses it as there smoke shack instead of going outside and thru vents, gets sucked directly in to the laundry room. The washer and dryers wereas cheap as can be and more expensive than any laundry mat. You'd think for the price of rent, they'd be able and willin

After giving appropriate notice & paying all rents due, they still turned me over to a collection agency for Read Moremy last month of rent which had been paid to the office. It took me 2 yrs to get this cleared up & off my credit report because they kept stating I had not paid this & it was the collection agencies problem not theirs. Luckily I keep reciepts,, but it still took 2 yrs of talking with them to get this straightened out. If you go through an outside source you get an apart.further away!!!

If you were turned over to a collection agency, you could not have paid everything that was due. Our system is not set up that way. And the staff here would never tell you it was not our problem. We would tell you that you have to pay the balance to the agency instead of us.

The apartment was falling apart, doors didn't close, stains all over carpet, birds got in through the vents an Read Mored I would find them dead in my living room. I had neighbors that fought nearly every night and would have parties on weeknights. Their drunken guests would talk outside my door and try to get into MY apartment (thinking it was my neighbor's, maybe?). I never got any sleep there. The lawn guys always parked behind my space too and I was late for work when they did.

You are just paying for the location at these apartments. I was not very impressed for what you paid for consi Read Moredering that other apartments that were built around the same time period were in better condition and had better move in specials. As soon as our lease was up we moved out and for the an extra $100 a month I got twice as much room an the location wasn't that bad either.
