My company has relocated my family to Austin, TX from Irvine, CA, from an environment we could not found anyth Read Moreing similar or even acceptable for a new home and an assigned elementary school, despite spending months searching, except for one single community: 3500 Westlake. A 5-minute commuting, high-quality, well-maintained community, excellent pool, fitness, regular events with super Cares Team, office and maintenance staff and very nice neighbors. Originally we did not plan to stay for long, but now we want our current wonderful home here last many more years.

Love the location, but be warned there is very horrible parking. After 9pm good luck finding a spot. I work 12 Read Morehr shifts at the hospital and not very happy that I have to park up where he leasing office is to get to my apartment.

The safety of 3500 community is excellent you can go out at any time of the day and you don't have to worry ab Read Moreout anything. Cars are also safe, leave them behind and go for vacation and have peace of mind. The whole ground of the community is clean and maintenance report and fix your repairs with 2-24hrs. The community has a care team that brings the community together 2-3 times in a month for either breakfast or brunch, pizza, ice cream social and more for socialization for the community to get to know each other and by that, we honestly have each others backs.

I enjoy 3500 Westlake as my home. I feel safe, I love the beauty of this complex, I love the location. Sal wa Read Mores amazing in the office. The maintenance staff is knowledgeable and quick to respond to maintenance request.
