Love the location, but be warned there is very horrible parking. After 9pm good luck finding a spot. I work 12 Read Morehr shifts at the hospital and not very happy that I have to park up where he leasing office is to get to my apartment.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are happy to hear that you love the location, and overall community. We recently implemented the new parking permits (to maximize resident parking). It seems like the situation has greatly improved since we rolled out the new permits. Of course, our goal is for all of our residents to love all aspects of living at our community, and we will continue to make improvements to achieve that goal!

The safety of 3500 community is excellent you can go out at any time of the day and you don't have to worry ab Read Moreout anything. Cars are also safe, leave them behind and go for vacation and have peace of mind. The whole ground of the community is clean and maintenance report and fix your repairs with 2-24hrs. The community has a care team that brings the community together 2-3 times in a month for either breakfast or brunch, pizza, ice cream social and more for socialization for the community to get to know each other and by that, we honestly have each others backs.

I enjoy 3500 Westlake as my home. I feel safe, I love the beauty of this complex, I love the location. Sal wa Read Mores amazing in the office. The maintenance staff is knowledgeable and quick to respond to maintenance request.
