I've been very unimpressed with my living experience here. I was told when talking to management that for the Read Moreroom I would pay more for I would have a view of the railroad. I hVe the worst view possible. I am very annoyed and I will never renew my lease here or live at Amli in the future or reccomed it to anyone. My parents are annoyed with a few things as well. For instance, I paid for ACL parking for them and of all 6 times going in or out of the parking garage there was only a person to let them in one time. One time he even told them that he can't let them in because he turned his key in early . My neighbors are so loud they wake me up in the middle of the night. I hate it here and I can't wait to move out.

I love AMLI 300! I would highly recommend living here, the location is perfect! Right next to both a whole foo Read Moreds and a trader joe's, plus 6th street is only a short walk away!

We've greatly enjoyed our time at the Amli 300 (over two years). We've had the option to move and have chosen Read Morenot to becuase we feel that we are getting a great apartment, in a great location for a great value. The staff and our neighbors have been nothing but lovely. We would (and do!) strongly recommend living here to anyone looking for a downtown apartment in Austin.

I love living at the Amli 300! The location is excellent. I love being able to walk almost anywhere. The staff Read More is really friendly and helpful.

300 AMLI has been my best apartment-living experience, by far. The location can't be beat, the staff is incred Read Moreibly personable, and great amenities at a fair price. 300 AMLI goes above and beyond to uphold a great reputation, and its working.
