Restrictions: Acceptable animals include domestic cats, fish (maximum tank size: 50 gallons), birds and dogs. Dogs that are purebreds or mixes of the following breeds are prohibited: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow-Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Pit Bull (American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Shar Pei, and Siberian Husky. All other animals are prohibited. NO ANIMAL IS AUTHORIZED WITHOUT MANAGEMENTS PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION AND THE EXECUTION OF AN ANIMAL ADDENDUM. Pet rent, and non-refundable pet fee are per apartment, and cover up to two pets.

This is an extremely nice complex, beautifully maintained, secure and though it's quite secluded and quiet, it Read More's just seconds from a main road and only a few minutes from the city's major park along with all downtown amenities. Great place!

The place is actually pretty awesome and the apartments are really nice. The only downfall is the management, Read More but if you can avoid the front office, no reason not to move in!

My friend Jess R. at Apartment Specialists helped me find my apartment at Barton Creek Landing one year ago an Read Mored I am so happy I chose this place. It has amazing amenities like a saltwater swimming pool, 24-hr gym, and complimentary brunch every month. It's also right next to the Greenbelt and Barton Springs Pool if you're in the mood to explore and enjoy Austin's natural beauty. The location gives you a sense of privacy and seclusion, but at the same time it is so close to downtown and all that the heart of the city has to offer. I love it here!

BCL is a great place to live and they do a good job at trying to create a community vibe with monthly brunches Read More or other events. Runners will love the proximity to Zilker and Downtown. I can't attest to the community prior to the remodeling, but they've stepped up their game. With some park restructuring and a little price drop, BCL would be the perfect place to live for southern Austinites.
