It's an older property. The fixtures and appliances in the apartments are old. My toilet can't even handle flu Read Moreshing water without blocking and needing a plunger used. The gate doesn't always open and close correctly. Residents throw trash on top of the trash compactor rather than walk around to the actual opening of it. Can't a sign be put up showing them where to deposit the trash? Residents are also too lazy to park in the parking spots 10 feet away from the mailboxes and instead park right in front of it blocking traffic.

The dumpsters need to be emptied regularly. Also the breezeways have stains on the walls and on the concrete. Read More And since we're in Texas and there's little shade there should be sun screens on the windows.

Fix mid pit outside building 25. Have people staff the office that actually go out to the public area (I have Read Moreto wait 5-10 minutes to be noticed every time I go to the office). Old, shoddy appliances can be replaced. Rotten wood in the kitchen counters can be replaced (poor maintenance guy said that they're all like that). So many things.
