Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate you as our Resident! -Great Hills Management Team
Management has been outstanding. They immediately respond to requests and have always been exceptionally frien Read Moredly and helpful. The manager seems to create a really helpful office environment. The maintenance guys are friendly, the leasing agents are really nice every time we go to the office. I have to think the manager is responsible for creating such a collective positive attitude towards residents. Overall I really appreciate the entire team.

Apartments are OK. They are older and a bit dated, showing normal signs of wear and tear. Several items in the Read More apartment were not working at move-in, which required submitting maintenance requests: 1) Kitchen faucet was leaking, 2) Fridge motor worn out, making loud noise, 3) Carpet was wet and stinky, it smelled like pets had lived there before, 4) Found several small roaches in the kitchen, required 3 visits from pest control, 5) Oven did not work (electric range), required new parts.

I've had a decent experience. The grounds are nicely maintained, with lots of trees and greenery, which I lov Read Moree. The maintenance people are courteous and responsive. But I feel the rent is fairly high, since the buildings and facilities (plumbing, for example) are getting old and wearing out and I'm told it would be too expensive to fix them. Also, the types of people renting here seem to be going downhill, and turnover is high. They move inn, trash their apartments, and move out.
