I loved quiet and peacefulness of the neighborhood, it was just far away from everything. The only other downf Read Moreall is that my apartment flooded due to excessive rain and all management had maintenance do was blow dry the carpet.

Lived there two years...very sad the office staff can't get their act together. The office staff changed dram Read Moreatically over the years. Construction is constantly going on and taking up parking spots, Gym was under construction for a year. Dumpsters are constantly full. There is only one dumpster for all of Phase II, so we always had to load up the trash and drive to Phase I in search of an empty dumpster. Rent went up $90 the first year and $185 the second, which is why we moved out.

Every single month when rent was due, they would send us a bill and it would be wrong. Each month I had to cal Read Morel or go into the office to get them to correct it. One time we paid on time and a few days later we received an eviction notice because we had not paid rent. When I checked my bank account, they had deposited our check so I called the office. They said I needed to provide proof that we paid! They took our money and WE had to prove it. The apartment was also very out dated.
