The apartments are pretty run down, there is no flexibility, and the parking rules are completely insane. The Read Moreoffice hours are also impossible if you work full time.

I think it's a good value for the location, and the rent is reasonable at the current price. They fix things q Read Moreuickly and maintain the outside area well. However, rent is going up more than 11% after only 1 year, and since the apartments are much smaller and much older than similar units in the area, and things aren't in very good condition. so while it's a good deal now, it will be a bad deal starting next year. Mgmt is extremely unwilling to compromise on rent prices.

It's really a good location for graduate students, whether you want to walk, bike, bus or drive to campus. Nei Read Moreghbors are not an annoyance in terms of noise and such. My particular unit isn't large but cozy enough for one person.
