First and for most the rent is high comparedto the lack of maintenance. There is roches in the apartment , m Read Moreissing smoke detectors ,along with a filthy carpet. I have reported it to the front office for months and nothing has been done about the situation.

The renovations were great, however, there's still a lot of work to be done. The parking spots are narrow and Read Moreat times residents take over two parking spaces. The maintenance staff takes longer than I'd like to fix issues. Finally, there is still a severe pest problem. Pest control hasn't been able to fix it, and I've tried to fix the roach infestation problem myself, but it hasn't gotten better. For this reason alone, I will not be renewing my lease.

The A/C is old and completely inflates my electric bill. The roof in my storage room on my balcony fell in May Read More and it still hasn't been fixed even after multiple reminders. The exterior paint job / appearance of the complex is rundown and low quality. For me to be ok with them raising the rent almost $100/month every time I resign, they need to fix these problems.
