I think it's a great community. If you take the time to get to know the people who are working in the office a Read Morend around, then you can develop great relationships with them. Also, the neighbors I've met are very nice, and people are respectful.

love everything the management is doing for the property. Every now and then, they have a hiccup that needs to Read More go away but they try. Only good things to come. Im sticking around.

In my short time here, there have been bed bugs (that I did not bring), the AC unit in the bathroom was leaki Read Moreng creating puddles on the floor for over a month, the unit also had electrical problems as I could hear it shorting out and often smelled smoke. As if that's not enough, the water is frequently shut off and without notice (as I'm writing this, the hot water isn't even working). The dishwasher is falling apart and the management seems incredibly incredibly disorganized. Gate often malfu

I think a little more effort could be put in keeping them cleaner or neater in appearance. Just something sim Read Moreple like sweeping all the rocks on the sidewalks and driveways would go a long way. Sweeping the entry ways to teach unit (the hallways). Trash should be picked up continuously. There is a HUGE roach problem here that needs to be addressed. They are in the walls of building 10. Been going on for two years that I've been here.

Mueller Flats has many issues. Water issues to start, but in reality, the community is not the high-end commun Read Moreity the marketing boasts. Constant issues with people playing music too loud, or kids running up and down stairs. The neighborhood also has many of these issues alone. The office staff is great, but the apartments seem to be a fresh coat of paint and small upgrades to shadow the location and the type of people that are in the complex. I have no complaints for the office staff.
