Leasing Terms

Pet Policy and Restrictions:

75 lb weight limit. 2 pet limit. 1 Pet - $300 non-refundable pet fee and $10/month pet rent. 2 Pets - $400 non-refundable pet fee and $20/month pet rent (per pet).

The following breeds and cross breeds are prohibited: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, American or Bull Staffordshire Terriers, Bull Terriers/American Bulldogs, Chow, German Shepherd, Doberman, Malamute, Akita, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Cane Corso, Presa CAnario, Wolf dog hybrid, Mastiff (Bull, Neapolitan, Toso Inu), Husky, Scottish Deerhound, Irish Wolfhound, Komodor, Borzoi, Dalmatian. Management reserves the rights to deny any dog on the leased premises should the dog resemble any of the breeds on the list below.

Lighting in the area is poor. Have had to call or drop off at office to inform them of the lights being out an Read Mored dark areas. Maintance order taking longer or no response. Mud slides on sidewalks comments its out of our control. Recently this summer during raining my room mate slipped in the mud on the sidewalk to dark and could of gotten hurt. When called on the lights out was informed we are to remind them . When responded to them they should have someone go around and ck maintance

The only big problem I encountered was a water situation where the complex would shut off the water to apartme Read Morents without warning and were unable to provide answers as. to how long the water would be shut off..this happened several times while I lived there over a two year period
