It's a very good value with the apartments having plenty of space and very well divided. You gotta love dog's Read More, if you don't, choose wisely before you move in. The green belt trails are great. The maintenance folks work very hard to keep the complex neat, tidy and functioning well. I feel safe living here. Overall, it's a nice place to live. If I had to rent all over again I would.

It's on the higher end of affordable, but still manageable. Everybody in the complex seems friendly and I feel Read More safe. I moved here from another state, and wasn't able to see the apartment before moving, but other than being smaller than I'm used to, it's not a bad set up. I always have somewhere to park even when I'm not getting in until 2 in the morning. Also, the complex is very dog friendly.

There have been both good and not so good things we've experienced while living here. When apartments are full Read More, parking can be a headache since there's no limit on how many vehicles each apartment can have. You can easily hear neighbors' goings on. The insulation doesn't seem too good. Older buildings make it not so energy efficient when it comes to the utility bills. Maintenance has always fixed whatever we've needed fixed in a timely matter. However, the things we've needed repaired have been the same repeated repairs so, either they do what they can to get by or they need to fix the root of the problem so as to not need the repeated repairs. I've looked at it as a it could be worse type of thing and I can't afford anything pricier to steer clear of some of not so squeaky clean neighbors. So for now we call it home until we can move up the ladder. Also, it seems that the leasing office had gone through some changes recently and I'm not sure it's been for the better. We have had some nice, quiet neighbors but you never know what you're going to get next. There used to be a groundswell who kept the trash picked up and noticed things that needs fixing on the grounds but he's been gone for several months and you can tell, at least in our general area. I've picked up trash myself but when you have neighbors who don't respect the fact that we share this space, you tend to just throw your hands up.

I submitted 4 emails within a week , and nobody responded by phone or sent an email to get back to me . And in Read More order for things to be taken care of , I had to come in person. I do Not recommend this place.
