I feel the unit could be more up to date. The apt has lots of cosmetic damage. One of the bedrooms, the floor Read Moreis uneven and we have to have our bed angled a certain way to avoid the blood rushing to our heads at night. The baseboard near the floors in the livingroom, have signs of separation over the past few months. The foundation just be damaged somewhere. The kitchen is very small with highly outdated cabinets and countertops. With newer applicances. We had a leak that took weeks to repair.

Location and price are good. I like that the pool and laundry room are always empty. The towel rods and blinds Read More were not installed correctly.

Despite renovations to my unit, there are a few mechanical/logistic problems that remain unrepaired, including Read More small holes in the walls and cabinets that allow roaches and other insects to enter my space, white paint specks on my floor, dirty air-conditioning filters, and other small problems. The building management has been responsive but not entirely reliable in following through with repairs that, in my opinion, should be done as soon as possible.

There is an infestation problem. Also, cockroaches come in from the outside. Pest control is offered, but it Read More does not seem to do a lot. Maintenance is very timely. I wish there was a lease buyout option like other places in Austin.
