I know there have been many mixed reviews by people who have lived at village Oaks. I think the location is t Read Morehe best. The apartment itself is spacious but you can tell it's aged. The amount i'm paying is decent considering the rise in living cost in Austin. I want to renew my lease in April but am afraid how high they may raise the rent as previous tenants experiences have not been the best. The office staff are just okay. I haven't had too much interactions with them but they seem decent.

Lived here throughout my years of college. Its a great location a little bit far from school but there is a bu Read Mores stop down the street that will take you to school. I am very satisfied with village oaks.

Walls and floors are paper thin. Horrendously loud neighbors that "management" did nothing about. Absurd price Read Mores for a dumpy apt. complex. Terrible "management." Had no cold water in the kitchen, shower went from scalding to freezing in an instant all the time! "Management" just shrugged it off when I brought it to their attention. Do not move here unless you enjoy being miserable with your living situation!
