Certified Resident

Apartments in need of true updating such as windows, cabinets doors, HVAC, Bathroom tile work and flooring. Ap Read Morepliances needs to be energy efficient. The bathrooms do not have exhaust fans to pull moisture and odors out of the apartments. Better pest control by sealing around all plumbing pipes and fixtures. If any of this is improved expect major impact to rent increase.
