No because I'm over charge for services like trash and water...insane to charge a resident 20 for trash when Read Morethe dumpster is in walking distance of resident

It is very affordable here and quiet. Personnel are friendly and knowledgeable. The only complaint I have is t Read Morehat there is not enough parking near the building we currently live in. Even all of the covered parking is all utilized.

I have lived on this property for about 6 months, within those 6 months the Boiler room has been out about 4 o Read Morer 5 times leaving me with no hot water for pretty much most my day. Being a single mom who is working a 40 hour retail job, it becomes very frustrating for my daughter and I. Rent is overrated for a complex that can't seem to fix problems on their property. I was never able to view an apartment before I moved in, learned my lesson. Had outlets that wouldn't even allow you to use. My microwave can not be opened up all the way due to a wall. Trust me, you can find better places to live for the price and service you will get here.

Our hot water is controlled by our boiler system and we have had different repairs done to it as of recent. In order to make these repairs we have had to turn off the hot water each time.
