Our lease terms are: 6 months, 9 months, 12 months. (Please note that lease terms may vary, are subject to change without notice, and are based on availability. Inquire with property staff for complete details). Other Policy: We welcome 2 dogs or cats per apartment home. There is a $300 pet deposit ($200 non-refundable) for the first pet and $200 for the second. Pet rent is $10 per month for one pet and $15 for two pets. There is a weight limit of 75 pounds per pet, and aggressive breeds are prohibited.
