Village Oaks Resident
The rating was based on turn around time on maintenance issues and overall I like my neighbors.

It was a fairly nice place to live. Unfortunately it was not exterminated before my move in. Roaches and flea Read More's - but it was exterminated soon after. The manager there is an extremely nice lady and will do everything possible to meet your needs.

It was a peaceful quiet complex. Just what I was looking for. Hill country living. As a single individual the Read Morespace was just what I needed. I never had any maintenance issues. My apartment faced the hills and trees. Seeing wildlife outside was very nice. My neighbors were friendly and kind. My landlord was a wonderful person and I appreciated her. My stay there was short but I was thankful for being able to experience living at the Village Oaks Complex.

The apartment manager went above and beyond to make Village Oaks a great home. The view from my apartment was Read Moreamazing and I loved having a little deer family with me every night since I lived alone. It's far enough away from New Braunfels that there's not so much traffic, but it's close enough to Sattler that I don't have to go far for groceries. My only regret is having to move out so soon after the firestation was built practically across the street. It made me feel so much more safe!
