    Pets Policy: We recognize that pets are part of the family. Two pets per apartment home. Deposits and fees are based on weight of animal. We do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita , American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pitt bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid.

    First, management did not inform me that the city had torn up the street replacing water lines and that it wou Read Moreld take much longer than expected. Road stayed tore up congested with traffic and difficult to manuver. I moved from another state straight into Frankford Place (site unseen) only from the website pics. 2nd, frig leaked water the 1st weekend of moving in because ice maker water line wasnt capped and 3rd, the office staff had an indifferent attitude which made things feel real cold.

    Leasing agent lied about apartment being ready. I made a long drive from another state with family in tow, onl Read Morey to find out that she had been lying. I had to lodge for a night in a hotel. Also throughout my stay there were a number of maintenance issues that required several visits to be corrected. The carpet, refrigerator, and bathrooms had not been cleaned.

    The maintenance crew was always very helpful. The location is superb. (Right on the Green Belt!) The office gr Read Moreoup has declined in being helpful and friendly. I have lived there for 5.5 years and they are raising my rent more than 100.00 over what they rent to newcomers. Unacceptable.

    When I first moved in the unit was dirty and not ready & the microwave was installed incorrectly when maintena Read Morence came to fix it they broke a set of wine glasses and refused to replace them or deduct the money from my rent. Then two months after I moved in I decided to upgrade to the largest unit they have.not only did I have to pay deposit, pet fee, application fees all over again I was considered abandoning my first unit! I had a terrible experience living there!
