The apartment I stayed in was old and run down. Right before I moved they started a remodel and were tearing Read Moreout the carpet and replacing the blinds, etc. When I moved I received a bill for over 300$ to do just those things. The apartment was in the exact shape I left it in and I did not deserve that charge. All I should have paid is a cleaning fee. I have not and will not pay this total as it is not justified when they were already ripping the material out to begin with.

I have enjoyed my time living at these apartments. They are an older property so there are a few things that r Read Moreequire repair from time to time, however the area is quiet and the elementary school is literally 2 blocks away. The only draw back is the office staff. I've on more than one occasion had erroneous notes left on my door regarding late notices and such, They also are not the most customer friendly staff. But you know if you can pay rent online and avoid dealing with them for the most part
