upon move out, I was charged $3000 for move out charges. I was there for less than a year and they said it cos Read Moret ME $1000 to replace the carpet. They never refunded me (or used towards charges) the $900 deposit (that I was told was refundable). And they could not tell me what the other $2000 in charges were for, they refused to give me a breakdown of charges. I called multiple times to have them send me a list, and they said they would mail it out, and never did.
