Response to maintenance requests is fast. The location is great. The apartment look newer. The only complain i Read Mores that foot step sounds of upstair residents are loud. There appears to be a cat in the apartment and you can hear the cat's foot sounds as well. Maybe an issue of the building itself (not concrete).

I loved the Wolf Pen Creek neighborhood. The apartment complex is also nice compared to other student housing, Read More but a little pricy. I stayed there 3 years and I loved it overall. The only thing I did not like about the complex was their curbside trash pick up policy. Some neighbors put their trash out side any time of the day, so you could expect to see a pile of trash in front of your bldg all teh time which was really disturbing
