History - Dr W.N. Hooper of Tennessee and his wife of Fannie Newton of Texas moved to Conroe in the 1890's and set up shop as Conroes first physician. They had three children, two sons, Guy and Dick and one daughter, Lady.
Guy Hooper,his oldest son decided he would like to build a residence with his wife Hattie Bell in Conroe. A new colonial residence was designed and constructed on a twenty acre parcel affectionately known as Hooper Hill in 1932.
These parcels are now known as the location of the luxury apartment community The Heritage at Hooper Hill. If you sign for another year, the price of rent needs to remain the same! The more it goes up, the more I'm looking for something better.
