Pet Policy: Maximum 2 pets per apartment. $20.00 pet rent. $200 pet deposit. Restrictions: We welcome a maximum of 2 pets per apartment home. Breeds that are not accepted include: Chows, Doberman Pinchers, Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds and Rottweilers or any additional aggressive breeds; fish (50 gallon tank size limited with Manager???s approval); and select birds only. Prohibited pets include monkeys, snakes, ferrets, iguanas, potbelly pigs and rabbits. Pet fee is $400 with $200 being nonrefundable per pet. Monthly pet rent of $20 per pet.

Excellent Maintenance Process set up/speedy resolution of maintenance calls/ Reminders/updates etc.
AC/ Read MoreHeating system is very old and not of quality. It is not efficient.

The staff does everything they can to make your living better. The biggest bonus for me is the speed in which Read Moremaintenance fixes even the small things.
