I had a great first couple years at Sugar Tree the residents were nice, and management was always wonderful. M Read Morey last year at Sugar Tree everything turned into a disaster. My AC and my upstairs neighbors AC kept breaking. Maintenance came in fixed it ripped up my carpets to dry underneath, and left a mess. Then my walls began to crack, and all the paint began to fall off, my door lock broke because of the shifting of the foundation, and my ceiling caved in because of the AC leaking.

We had health and safety concerns that were not address. Felt our infant and our lives were living in an unsaf Read Moree environment. Not happy with management

The parking lot was in terrible condition. I often had to park very far away. Our building's foundation had a Read Morevery noticeable slope into the bay. Our neighbors stole belongings from our patio. The place definitely did not feel like home.
