the staff was good and living experience was good. Only dislike was that one point there were rats roaming aro Read Moreund my apartment building as well as the entrance. Once brought to management - they started working on the issue. Luckily, the rats didnt get into the apartment.

When I first moved into 4343 at the Parkway, it was pretty nice. The grounds and maintenance were kept up, as Read More well as a friendly office team. I lived there for about 2 1/2 years, and a little into a year in, I noticed that things weren't being kept up with the way that they were before. I believe that a new management company came in, and the office employees weren't very friendly or helpful anymore either. Also, the quality of individuals moving into the complex took a major turn.

The community is quiet and the grounds are well kept. The residents and the office staff all take pride in the Read More appearance of the complex. Service requests are handled in a timely manner and the staff are all courteous and helpful.
