Well, their parking policy is a little ridiculous. Cars can't have not a single scratch to be able to park ins Read Moreide the property. If they do you need to fix them or they'll be towed. The elevator most of the times stops working. Other than that I enjoy living here. Nice and welcoming staff. Great area to live.

Because it's old, and dirty. The good thing about it is the location and the office manager is great.

Very quiet environment, prompt maintenance most of the time (even weekends), nice pool, good tenants, clean ar Read Moreea, sometimes has a night patrol, VERY convenient to everything in Dallas/surroundings. A little expensive on gas/water/trash-30 bucks or so, and in most places that is either included or around 10-15.

Slow to fix things. Lots of roaches/bugs even after weekly requests for pest spraying and the pest problem nev Read Moreer improved. Zero notifications of robberies/break-ins; I saw a police cruiser and read on the screen in his car that he was there because of a reported robbery, but when I mentioned this to the manager she said nothing had occurred. I confirmed the break in by checking a website online that shows recent crime reports and where they occurred.
