Additionally Garland Avenue (Hwy 78) and Buckner Boulevard (Hwy 12) both run through the neighborhood give easy access to the surrounding neighborhoods.

There are several options for both public and private schools in Casa Linda Estates. Alex Sanger Elementary School, W.H. Gaston Middle School, and Bryan Adams High School are the closest options for public school, while St. Bernard of Clairvaux School is the most popular option for private education in the area.
